If Cindy Groh sent you over for a visit, then you are exactly where you are meant to be. If you just happen to be visiting, then you should head over to Stamp N Plus for the beginning of this fabulous hop!

For this card, the Dreamer stamp was used.  I took white card stock and stamped the image with black VersaFine.  I then cut out around the Dreamer and cut apart the phrase.  Using color pencils, I colored the dress a mustard yellow and added darker highlights using the same colored pencil.  After that, I took some holographic Christmas tinsel in gold and silver and attached them to the end of the wand to give it some texture and sparkle.  Finally I added patterned star paper, along with holographic jewels, to finish off the background and adhered the Dreamer and the phrase.
